How to do a Rabona

The Rabona is a soccer trick that involves   crossing your legs to chip the ball.  The  rabona is quite a difficult and skillful  technique that can be used to pass,  cross  or shoot. It's a technique that is  largely  done for show, but when  executed  correctly it can be an effective, show-stopping move . How to do a Rabona:  1. Determine your kicking foot. Your kicking foot will usually be your dominant foot.  2. Plant your weaker foot next to the ball.  It is important that your non-dominant foot remains firmly planted on the ground. 3. Check your position.  The ball should be sitting on the outside of your non-kicking foot. 4. Lean back with arms outstretched.  This is important, as it gives you the balance you need to execute the kick. 5. Searching for a soccer blog that had Soccer news, tutorials of how to do soccer tricks, etc. I found a really good Soccer blog that help me a lot to improve my freestyle, " Freestyle Soccer Tricks " Written by Heikal Suhaili, he created this Blog online to help people improve their soccer skills, also to inform them about the soccer world, giving advises of what cleats should each player buy,  what are the bests drills for each position  and how to do soccer tricks. Made his  first post on July 4th, 2007 about the  "Rabona"  a soccer trick. I chose this  blog because it's simple and has a  lot of information about what i'm  looking for.

There are a lot of soccer academies around the world where you can become a soccer player or a freestyler but learning online is an easy way for those that can't go to any Soccer Academy.       I think that learning how to play soccer  online is a smart way of saving money. Also  you learn at your own pace.
